Sarene is a Mental Health Therapist and a Holistic Therapist who offers a range of proven therapies and believes that ‘true’ holistic therapy is treating on all three levels – mind, body & spirit, thus allowing rebalance, shift and change to occur naturally. Sarene believes that by using the correct skills, the therapist acts as a catalyst to encourage the body to heal itself facilitating repair/rebalance. Her treatments often combine various elements of therapies providing the client with a tailor-made treatment suitable for their needs.
Sarene begins with the belief that we are energy, and that we feel our best when our energy is balanced. Therefore incorporated into traditional talk therapy she also uses reiki and shamanic healing techniques to encourage the balancing of the chakras or energy centers, guided meditation/visualization to experience deep relaxation and access the creative part of the mind to heal and visualize change, and aromatherapy to enhance mood, balance mood and promote overall healing. These modalities work cooperatively with talk therapy in moving and freeing energy blocks, allowing each individual to tap into their innate ability to heal and experience balance.
